NOTES:

1. The Executive Health Check-up Centre is located next to Casualty & functions every working day between 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., except on Sundays & holidays. 

2. Appointment must be fixed in advance on Telephone No. 42251851 upto 4 p.m. and 42251004, 42251037 between 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. or at goodhealth@sgrh.com.Before reporting, complete 12 hours fasting is necessary. Not even tea or water should be taken after dinner around 8 p.m. on the previous night. 

3. Report of the check-up will be available after 2 days.
