The clinic caters to children and adolescents with gastrointestinal, liver and nutritional problems such as chronic diarrhoea, recurrent pain abdomen, recurrent vomiting, bleeding per rectum, pancreatitis, failure to thrive, jaundice, chronic liver disease, chronic viral hepatitis, neonatal cholestasis etc. 

The facilities that are available and attached to the clinic include UGI endoscopy with biopsies (paediatric and neonatal scope are available), sigmoidoscopies, colonoscopies (with paediatric colonoscope), polypectomy for colonic polyps, 24 hours pH monitoring, breath analysis for lactose intolerance or H. pylori, ERCP, pancreatic stent placement, percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy for long term feeding, oesophageal stricture dilatation and foreign body removal. Besides these, almost all tests - biochemical, genetic, radiological, nuclear medicine etc. are available at our centre. It is one of the major referral centres in North India with all facilities for comprehensive management of paediatric gastrointestinal problems.
